Version 2.0.0 and above do not need KewaiiLib
Versions 1.2.0.0´+ version needs at least kewaiilib 1.3.3.0.
Adds two types of tools:
- Paxel (Axe + Shovel + Pickaxe)
- UniversalTool (Axe + Shovel + Pickaxe + Hoe)
Version 1.*.* uses Substratum as a optional dependency for Metals.
Version 2.*.* uses BaseMetals and ModernMetals as optional dependencies
