About

Description

(About mypos)

I first had the idea for this mod when I was a kid playing Minecraft. Back then, I didn't have the tools or the knowledge to solve the problem of sharing coordinates easily.

Now, at 15, I finally have my own laptop and the skills to make it happen.and its my first step to learning a real language like java.

(The Philosophy)

"Do one thing, do it well."

mypos is a generic utility designed to be lightweight, secure, and be impossible to make a mess. It should do exactly what it says on the tin: swaps a keyword(mypos) for your location. Nothing more, nothing less.

(A Note on the Journey)

I’ll be honest: I grew up playing on "alternative" versions of the game because my parents didn't see the point in buying it. I plan to get an authentic copy as soon as I’m at Uni and have my own income. Until then, I'm contributing to the community with code.

(bug reports)

please, please don't report bugs here if you can, i don't watch the comments often, i have exams. and having to diagnose a bug in comments is a nightmare, heres the github issue page: GitHub

p.s. i know the profile image for this project is AI generated, and no i will not listen to your complaints about real art. im a 15 year old and has neither the skills to make it myself nor the money to employ someonone on fivver.
