Mythos: Ability Bars

Ability Bars adds a new early-game system of craftable food items that grant potion effects when eaten. Instead of relying on brewing stands or rare Nether ingredients, players can craft simple “ability bars” using wheat and common overworld materials to gain useful abilities like speed, healing, fire resistance, regeneration, strength, and more.

Each bar is designed to feel like a quick utility item, giving short but impactful effects that help with combat, exploration, and survival. This makes progression smoother in the early game while still keeping effects balanced and limited in duration.

The mod is designed to fit naturally into vanilla gameplay, offering an alternative path to potions without replacing them entirely.
