Narsil

The mod add a sword with more damage than other ones, Narsil was made by a elf villager and you have yo trade with him to take the 3 fragments of the sword and craft Narsil.
There´s also a magic bread that gives you a effect and makes you full.
The Elfic gold it´s used a lot in this mod, like craft a block of elfic gold, burn it and make a mold for rings that can be used to craft 2 different tipes of rings, the unic ring and the invisibility ring.
Also, you can find a metal bewtween the layers 0 and 32, and then you can craft the axe of Gimli and trade the Frodo´s sword with a elf leveled max. 
You can also craft the Legolas bow, with elfic gold, sticks... and the valiric arrow, because the only arrow that is compatible with this bow, is the valiric arrow.
In the night you can ecounter with a mithril soldier that gives you mithril, that can be used to craft the mithril armor, that is a way better that netherite armor. 
At last, the eye of sauron, easy to craft, with valuable items of this mod and some of vanilla, this item gives you +3 of damage if have it in your main/second hand and fire resistance.
All the items in this mod gives you/opponent an especial effect when it´s in your hand/hit the enemy.
