MikuMikuQuilt: Making Quilt Standard Libraries more accessible

MikuMikuQuilt is a fork of the Quilt Standard Libraries and is designed to provide new functionality and run on more change loaders and new versions such as Fabric, Forge (coming soon), NeoForge (coming soon), FeatureCreep (coming soon), etc. MikuMikuQuilt is just a fork of QSL and other tools (such as Quilt Config), there is no change loader, and Quilt modifications cannot be run independently on these other platforms.

MikuMikuQuilt does not have a Quilt-specific version, but instead has a Fabric version that works with Quilt. We will also be migrating from Quilt Mappings to MojMaps and from QuiltLoom to FabricLoom in the near future.

The Fabric version of MikuMikuQuilt relies on and runs using the classic Fabric API.  Other modloaders also port and bundle the Fabric API, but Fabric requires a separate installation. We recommend that developers use packages in net.fabricmc whenever possible. "jp.mikumikudance.neoquilt" is considered preferable to the org.quiltmc package, especially if development of his original QSL ceases.
