This mod is great in 99% of scenarios and really helps with vanilla weirdness like getting put in a cave upon returning or ending up filling your world with portals.
However, it is possible that this mod can cause some issues with nether transport, in that it doesn't remember which portal you came from forever. For example, if you travel on a nether highway somewhere else, and then come back you may end up somewhere different.
All around good mod, a lot better than vanilla even if a few quirks may still remain.
