Nexus Defender

Nexus Defender is a 100-wave survival challenge that becomes part of your Minecraft adventure.

While exploring, you stumble across a mysterious object known only as the Nexus. The moment it activates, something answers.

Then the waves begin.

Fight through 100 increasingly dangerous waves of enemies, with a powerful boss appearing every 10 waves. Each wave grows stronger, forcing you to improve your defenses, strengthen the Nexus, and prepare for whatever is coming next.

Choose Your Challenge

Nexus Defender includes four difficulty levels:

• Easy
• Normal
• Hard
• Insane

The challenge also scales with the number of registered players, so the Nexus remains dangerous whether you are defending it alone or fighting alongside a group of friends.

Fully Multiplayer Supported

Nexus Defender is built for multiplayer.

You and your friends can register with the Nexus and fight through all 100 waves together. The difficulty scales with the size of your group, increasing the challenge as more players join the defense.

Nexus upgrades are shared by the entire team, strengthening the same defensive structure everyone is fighting to protect.

Your personal upgrades are individual, allowing every player to develop their character differently. One Defender may focus on survivability, another on damage, and another on abilities that better suit their preferred playstyle.

Everyone contributes to the same defense, but each player can decide what kind of Defender they want to become.

Upgrade the Nexus

As you survive, you can strengthen the Nexus itself and transform the battlefield around it.

Nexus upgrades include:

• Increased Nexus health
• A slowing effect that reduces enemy movement within the Nexus perimeter
• Hallowed Ground, which continuously damages hostile creatures inside the perimeter
• Additional defensive improvements that help your team survive increasingly powerful waves

Because Nexus upgrades are shared, every investment strengthens the defense for the entire group.

Summon and Upgrade Guardians

You are not forced to fight alone.

The Nexus allows you to summon powerful Guardians to help defend it. Guardians can be improved over time, increasing their strength and enhancing their abilities as the waves become more dangerous.

Choosing how to strengthen your Guardians becomes another important part of preparing for the battles ahead.

Upgrade Your Defender

Alongside the shared Nexus progression, each registered player has their own personal upgrades.

These upgrades allow you to strengthen your character and shape your own progression throughout the defense. In multiplayer, this means two players can fight through the same 100 waves while developing very different characters.

Survive the Nexus, and those personal upgrades become much more than temporary bonuses.

Turn Your Trash Into Power

Every Minecraft adventure eventually leaves you with chests full of items you no longer need.

The Nexus Recycler gives those unwanted items a new purpose.

Feed excess resources, mob drops, old equipment, and other unwanted items into the Recycler and convert them into points that can be used toward your progression.

Instead of letting useless items pile up in storage, turn them into power.

Your trash can help strengthen:

• The Nexus
• Your Guardians
• Your own Defender

That chest full of items you stopped caring about hours ago might contain exactly what you need to survive the next wave.

Survive the Nexus. Keep the Power.

Survive all 100 waves and your personal progression does not disappear when the battle ends.

The upgrades you earned as a Defender remain with you, allowing that power to follow you anywhere your Minecraft adventure takes you.

The Nexus is not simply a separate wave-defense minigame. It becomes another progression system within your world, giving exploration, combat, collected resources, and even unwanted items new value.

But the Nexus is more than a weapon.

Long before you found it, something happened across distant worlds and dimensions.

A great Demon King named Malachar once possessed a power that made resistance nearly impossible.

Kingdoms fell.

Worlds disappeared.
