You can also either reroll the Village Name by using an unnamed Name Tag on the Bell or rename it by using a named Name Tag on the Bell.
The Bell itself also gives off some small particles and heals Iron/Snow Golems, Cats, Wolves, Players, Villagers, Wandering Traders & Mounts when entity is within 32 blocks unless it is night time.

/trigger village_names
🛠️ How to, Instructions & Commands
The datapack usually just needs to be installed. There is nothing else you have to do. It just works out of the box.
But if you are playing on a PaperMC Server (or a PaperMC Fork like Purpur) make sure to set allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards in your paper config files to true in order for everything to work properly.
