Nihilite introduces exciting new features and mechanics centered around a powerful new End-exclusive ore, Nihilite. This mod enriches the End exploration experience with challenging gameplay, unique tools, and rewarding progression systems.
New Features
Nihilite Ore:
Found exclusively in the End dimension.
Challenging to mine: Drains your hunger based on how much Raw Nihilite you carry. Spawns Endermites that attack you when mined.
Purpose: Collect Nihilite to craft powerful tools, armor, runes and engage with its unique progression systems.
Nihilite Armor:
Grants immunity to lightning strikes, making it essential for players who face stormy challenges or wield the Nihilite Sword.
Nihilite Tools:
Infinite Durability: Never worry about repairing or replacing these tools.
Nihilite Sword: Chance to summon a lightning strike on enemies when attacking.
Level-Up System: Improves with monster kills, enhancing damage and lightning power over time.
Nihilite Pickaxe:
Ore Detection: Highlights nearby ores outside of your field of vision while mining.
Level-Up System: Improves mining speed as you gather ores.
New End Structures: Scattered across the End, these ruins contain rare End-themed loot, including Nihilite resources, tools, and treasures.
Rune System Features
Sleeping Runes: Extremely Rare Loot: Dropped by any mob with a 0.1% chance. Unusable in their base form: Must be awakened to unlock their potential.
Awakening Runes: Combine a Sleeping Rune with 8 Nihilite Blocks to create an Awakened Rune. Costly but powerful upgrade: Awakening requires significant End exploration and mining effort.
Awakened Runes: When held in the off-hand slot, each Awakened Rune provides a strong bonus: For example, Rune of Swiftness: Grants Speed II for faster movement. Additional rune types can grant bonuses like Strength, Regeneration, or Resistance.
This mod enhances End gameplay with unique challenges, progression mechanics, and rewarding exploration for seasoned adventurers. Venture into the Void and uncover the power of Nihilite!
