No More Tree Punching

This mod is still under development, it will probably have a lot of bugs and errors. It also lacks some important features. 

• This mod adds new items and changes the block drops to make the start of the game more challenging. 

• In basic, this project is very similar to the No Tree Punching mod.

TUTORIAL

• To break down log and wood blocks, you will now need an axe, but since you don't have access to the wood you can't craft a Wooden Axe, therefore will need to craft a Flint Axe.

• To craft a Flint Axe you will need to craft a Flint Knife, which you can craft with 1 Stick and 1 Flint. With your Flint Knife, you can break grass and get Plant Fiber.

• After you get 3 Plant Fibers you can combine them and craft a Plant String.

• With 1 Stick, 1 Plant String, and 1 Flint you can finally craft a Flint Axe and break down wood.

Plant Fiber  

• Can be gathered by breaking grass with knives.
• With 3 Plant Fiber, a Plant String can be crafted.

Plant String

• Needed to craft Flint Tools.

Those items below are also blocks, you can place them into the surface of other blocks. They don't spawn naturally like in the No Tree Punching mod though.

Stone Rock

• When a Stone is mined with the right tool, 4 Stone Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Cobblestone.

Andesite Rock

• When a Andesite is mined with the right tool, 4 Andesite Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Andesite.

Diorite Rock

• When a Diorite is mined with the right tool, 4 Andesite Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Diorite.

Granite Rock

• When a Diorite is mined with the right tool, 4 Andesite Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Diorite.

Deepslate Rock

• When a Diorite is mined with the right tool, 4 Andesite Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Diorite.

Sandstone Rock

• When a Diorite is mined with the right tool, 4 Andesite Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Diorite.

Red Sandstone Rock

• When a Diorite is mined with the right tool, 4 Andesite Rock will drop.
• 4 of them can be crafted into a Diorite.

FAQ

Will you port this mod to Forge?

There is already a similar and even better mod for Forge called No Tree Punching, I recommend you use that. So the answer is no.

Can I use this mod on X?

You can use this mod freely in every project you want. But it would be nice if you credit me and the Alcatraz Escapee.

Will you port this mod to <1.17?

I am sorry but no.

This project is not connected to No Tree Punching or Alcatraz Escapee.

The original idea and most of the textures in the mod by Alcatraz Escapee.
