Description
This simple mod disables the periodic every 5 minute autosaving on a dedicated server. Save commands are also disabled.
The world and data will only be saved when the server closes/restarts.
Keep in mind that autosaving is very important for reducing the risk of data loss. Use at your own risk.
Recomendations
- Schedule your server to restart at least once a day.
- Have frequent backups.
Use Case
Autosaving can become laggy over time on heavily modded worlds in some scenarios. If you notice server overloads roughtly every 5 minutes, this mod might fix your performance issues.
