About

Description

NoreQuest adds a new completion mode setting to FTB Quests, allowing some quests to be completed solo and others to be completed with your team or allies. NoreQuest uses the team and ally data from NoreTeams, which is built on Open Parties and Claims. Because NoreTeams and OPAC handle the actual team system, NoreQuest functionally disables FTB Teams by hiding access to its UI and suppressing its commands.

When editing a quest, you can choose its completion mode:
- Solo
- Teams (solo + team)
- Allied (solo + team + allys)

The main goal of NoreQuest is hybrid questing. Normally, with FTB Quests, disabling FTB Teams gives you solo questing, while enabling it pushes you toward team-based questing. NoreQuest adds a middle ground, letting pack creators decide per quest whether progress should stay individual or be shared with a team or alliance.
