Not So Useless Copper

Not So Useless Copper makes copper not useless by making copper actually a part of the game.

This mod changes copper ore behaviour, adds new enchantments, effects, achievements, and a lot of new copper blocks and items.

All new blocks and items are exactly like their vanilla counterparts. Scroll down for recipes and descriptions.

*Except they can't be waxed, for now

Support for Forge or older Minecraft versions is not planned. Support for newer versions might come in the future.

The mod has not been tested in multiplayer, but it should work.

Changes on game progression

- All copper ore vines are now 40% smaller and raw copper drops are now reduced. (Only takes effect in worlds generated with the mod installed)

- To mine iron blocks, you now need copper tools instead of stone tools.

New achievements

Enchantments

Enchantments are compatible with the Enchantment Descriptions mod.

Recipes and descriptions

Cut Copper can be used instead of Copper Blocks for some recipes.

The new Copper Ingot variants can be used to craft oxidized blocks.

Copper armor (Including horse armor!) and tools have also been added. Their recipes are the exact same tool recipes, but with copper ingots. They add 1 less armor point than iron but add 1 point of knockback resistance.
