Nythoria — The Forgotten Depth

Deep beneath the world lies a place everyone forgot. Nythoria adds the Forgotten Depth, a haunted underground biome full of crystals, ruins and old forges — and the ancient smith who still guards them.

🌑 The Forgotten Depth

  • A new underground biome with huge caverns, forgotten stone, glowing crystals, hanging vines and dripstone spikes
  • Ruined structures with chests and vaults hiding loot
  • Its own creatures: Crystal Crabs, Yellow Crystal Crabs and Forgotten Golems guarding the ruins

⛏️ Three new tiers of gear

Each tier has its own ore, ingot, full armor set and tools — every one with unique set bonuses.

  • Koalith — light and fast. Speed bonuses on every piece.
  • Fendrite — "the nameless metal", found at the very bottom of the biome. Extra hearts, 3×3 mining pickaxe and shovel, tree-felling axe, armor-piercing sword, and the Second Heart set bonus that saves you from a killing blow.
  • Skraumium — the final tier. Special powers on each piece and permanent Resistance with the full set.

Higher tiers are upgraded at the smithing table with forge templates crafted from rare boss materials.

👑 Bosses

  • Echo of the First Smith — a mini-boss that hunts players wearing late-game armor.
  • Vaelthoryn, the First Smith — the final boss. 1024 HP, two phases, ground slams, leaps, crystal eruptions, shard volleys and summoned minions. Only the Forgotten Seal can call him.
