Leaf Mod
The modifications to leaves
This mod makes it so that breaking a leaf block drops on average 125 leaves of that leaf type (so don't break too many leaves at one as that will cause lag). These leaves can be crafted into an armour/tool set which has very low durability, but the tools are fast. The leaves can also be crafted in a 3x3 with each other to make a compressed leaf, which is the same as the regular leaf but the tools are slightly better. The compressed leaf can also be used to craft saplings of that tree type. Compressed leaves can also be crafted in a 3x3 to make double compressed leaves.
When breaking any leaf block there is a 0.1% change that it drops a mystery leaf, these behave the same as regular leaves and can be used to make a mystery sapling using the sapling recipe. The mystery tree grown from the mystery sapling currently does not do anything special and just provides a new wood type.
Crafting all 9 types of vanilla leaf items together in a crafting table gives a mixed leaf, which behaves the same as regular leaves but has some more recipes. This does not have a tree varient.
All regular leaves work as a furnace fuel for 1 tick, all compressed leaves work for 10 ticks, and all double compressed leaves work for 100 ticks.
Why this is marked as cursed
This mod also adds a new ore called leaf ore which exists in a stone and deepslate varient. This ore can be mined to yeild a new resource called leafstone.
This mod also adds a new mob called the leaf monster which will spawn at night, it is neutral so does not attack unless attacked. This mob will drop one varient of mystery leaf and has a 1% chance to drop a leafite upgrade template, this template is used to upgrade netherite to leafite and can be duplicated with the vanilla recipe with a double compressed mystery leaf as its item
Taking an enchanted golden apple, 4 leafstone blocks, and 4 double compressed mixed leaves you can craft a token of the leaf god, an item used to summon the leaf god
The leaf god is a powerful boss based on the wither but more powerful that when killed will drop a broken leaf core
This broken leaf core can be repaired with 4 leafstone blocks and 4 double compressed mixed leaves.
The leaf core is used with the leafite upgrade template to upgrade netherite to leafite
Enchantments
This mod adds 2 new enchantments; Garden Shears is a weapon enchantment which goes up to level 5, is incompatabile with other damage enchantments, and works like smite but deals extra damage to leaf type enemies. The other enchantment is Leaf Protection, which is an armour enchantment which goes up to level 4, is incompatable with other protection enchantments, and worked like blast protection but protects from leaf damage instead.
Mod Integration:
If geckolib is installed the leaf core will have a spinning animation
