Opal Mod

A mod centered around the opal.

Opal can be found as ores underground. Right now there are three types of opal, crystal, Matrix, and fire. Armor and tools can be made out of these.

Crystal tools and armor have better enchantibility, efficiency, and damage than Diamond, but have worse durability.

Fire tools and armor have better durability but worse efficiency,

and Matrix tools and armor are better in all ways than Diamond.

Each has something unique to them. Matrix will be able to transport through time. Fire has fire aspect and crystal is the default.

Foods: Opal apple is crafted like a gold apple, with the gold replaced with crystal opal. Also, we have a popsicle for some reason, which gives saturation.

Biomes: Ashy Forest, a forest ravaged by a volcanic eruption, the bark of the trees became infused with the opal, creating a new wood type.

Mobs: Lystrosaurus, a mammal-like reptile, is a reskinned pig for now. Wooly pig, an arctic counterpart of the pig. It can't yet be sheared for wool, but it will be added in future versions.
