What's added?

Ore XP Orbs makes Copper, Iron, and Gold ores drop experience orbs when mined, similar to ores like Diamond, Emerald, Lapis lazuli and Coal.

Because the experience is dropped as XP orbs instead of being added directly to your XP bar, it works naturally with Mending. Your equipped Mending tools and armor can use the XP to restore durability just like with vanilla XP orbs.

Fortune works normally, while Silk Touch prevents XP from dropping and gives you the ore block as usual.

XP rewards:

• Copper Ore: 0–1 XP - 20% chance to drop XP.
  • Previous V1.0 behavior: 0–2 XP
  • Iron Ore: 1–3 XP
  • Gold Ore: 2–4 XP

For comparison, vanilla Coal Ore drops:

0-2 XP

Installation:

Datapack

1. Download the Datapack version.
2. Open your Minecraft world folder.
3. Place the .zip file inside: .minecraft/saves/<your world>/datapacks/
4. Load the world or run /reload.

Fabric

1. Install Fabric.
2. Install Fabric API.
3. Place the Fabric version of Ore XP Orbs inside your mods folder.
4. Launch Minecraft.

Fabric dependency: Fabric API is required when using the Fabric version. Install a Fabric API version compatible with your Minecraft version. Fabric API

Make sure you're using versions compatible with your Minecraft version.
