Ores n'Tools

Ores n'Tools is a mod that adds new ores, new tools, weapons and crafting recipes for uncraftable items! The armors from it respect the protection limit of Minecraft but can still make difference with their usage. It doesn't add much yet but i plan on updating it frequently, so i hope you download and have fun with it! Also, please comment if you find any bugs or inconsistencies.

This mod was made with MCreator v2020.2 and is not going to get more updates.

New Ores

1. - Lead
2. Lead can be found between layers 64-8 and is as rare as iron. It has it's own armor but doesn't have any tools. Lead armor's full defence level stays between Chainmail and Iron, and for it to be crafted the player needs to smelt the Lead Ore to get Lead Ingots. Armor will become Lead Nuggets when smelted and those can be crafted in a 9x9 grid to become a fresh new Lead Ingot.
3. - Uranium

Uranium is rarer than diamond and can be found below the layer 6 only. It has it's own tools and weapons but doesn't have any armor. Uranium tools are also ''better'' than diamond's but for their crafting recipe, Lead Ingots are used instead of Sticks. But be careful, if Uranium is being held in the player's main hand he will suffer a lot of damage. It can also be used to make an Uranium Lantern, that matches very well with the Lead Block.

- Helcrimson

Helcrimson is found in the Nether, specifically inside Nether Meteors, which are brand new rare structures found in this dimension. Helcrimson has it's own tools, weapons and armor. The tools and weapons are ''better'' than uranium's and for their crafting recipe, Gold Ingots are used instead of Sticks. The full armor fills as much defence points as diamond's, but in addition, it gives the player fire resistance while being weared.

- Gold Ores can now spawn in the Nether.

New Tools and Weapons

- Knife

The Knife is a fast weapon with low damage. It's made for those who prefer to attack faster, but sacrificing the damage for the balance. Since it's cheaper to craft than swords, it's durability is also lower.

- Spear

The Spear is a slow weapon with high damage. It's made for those who prefer to deal more damage per hit, but sacrificing the speed for the balance. Since it's cheaper to craft than swords, it's durability is also lower.

- Hammer

The Hammer mixes the pickaxe with the sword even in its crafting recipe. But since it makes both of those item's tasks, it deals less damage than the sword and mines slower than the Pickaxe.

- Slingshot

The Slingshot is a ranged weapon with less range and damage than the bow, but it's ammo is much more cheaper to craft (and talk about cheap).

- New ores also have their swords, pickaxes, axes, shovels and hoes.

New Building Blocks

- Lead Block

This block is crafted filling the entire 3x3 area of the crafting table with Lead Ingots.

- Uranium Block

This block is crafted filling the entire 3x3 area of the crafting table with Uranium. If an entity walks or steps on it, she will suffer constant damage.

- Uranium Lantern

This block emits a high amount of light and matches well with the Lead Block.

- Nether Meteorite

Can be found in Nether Meteors and is very hard. It can also be used to craft Meteorite Bricks.

- Meteorite Bricks (Stairs, Slabs and Walls)

This block is crafted filling a 2x2 area of the crafting table with Nether Meteorites. The stairs, slabs and walls are made of the resulting block.

- Helcrimson Block

This block is crafted filling the entire 3x3 area of the crafting table with Helcrimson.

New Mobs

- Demon

Well, for now this is the only mob but i plan on adding more. The Demon is an agressive mob that spawns on the Nether, is always alone and uses a Helcrimson Spear. When he dies, he drops a 'Demon Heart' that can be cooked.
