Makes it so that items will tick down their despawn timer even when in unloaded chunks. also allows for setting a custom despawn duration

This pack makes it so that items will continue to tick down their despawn timers, even in unloaded chunks and other dimensions.
It also adds the ability to set a custom despawn timer duration, this can be done through the following command:
/scoreboard players set despawn_duration oszu_idl_time XXX
Replace "XXX" with the desired dewpawn timer duration in ticks, 1 second is 20 ticks
The default despawn timer duration in Minecraft is 5 minutes, which is 300 seconds, which is 6000 ticks
1 minute would be 1200 ticks
