The "Owner Emitter" emits a redstone signal if the person who owns it is online. When block is placed in world, right click to see the owner, shift right click to either make yourself the owner, or shift right click if there is no owner.
The "Player Emitter" is not finished and should be disabled by default.
Requires CGOrigin 3.0.1
