Pantheon Core

Pantheon Core is the foundation library for the Pantheon superhero mod family.
It does nothing on its own — it provides the shared systems that power mods
like Pantheon Heroes Expansion.

## What it provides

- Ability Bar HUD — a ability bar with paging, multiple layouts
  (vertical/horizontal), configurable screen positions, and keybind navigation
  that works reliably in modpacks
- Power & Effect Engine — JSON-driven power definitions with effects, toggle
  abilities, and click abilities resolved at runtime
- Stat System — best-of attribute stacking for health, strength, speed, and
  resistances so multiple power sources never double-dip or wipe each other
- Ability Infrastructure — flight, speed force, phasing, time dilation,
  telekinesis, healing, and flag synchronization between server and clients
- Shared Damage Handling — consistent ability damage for players and mobs

## Requirements

This is a library mod. Install it only alongside a mod that requires it, such
as Pantheon Heroes Expansion — it adds no content by itself just core functions.
