WARNING: 1.16.5 IS THE BEST CURRENT VERSION FOR THIS MOD, THE OTHER VERSIONS ARE INCOMPLETE.
To become a Parasite, you need to first craft the parasite and right click it (Last Recipe), gives you buffs and unique abilities, as you use your parasite it will grow and do more damage, to obtain "living flesh" you need to kill parasites that naturally spawn, netherite is recommended for this.
