About
Particular is a lightweight ambience mod that brings Minecraft to life with a variety of carefully-crafted visual effects. Whether you’re building, exploring, or simply standing still, the world feels more immersive with enhanced environmental feedback.
🌿Visual Effects
- 3D water splashes
- Matches the water color
- The wider the entity the wider the splash
- The taller the fall the taller the splash
- Waterfall cascades
- Cascades appear when falling water is over 2 block deep source water and the top source water has at least 1 open side
- Cascade strength is proportional to the falling water's height and the number of open sides to the source water
- Fireflies
- Spawn in warm biomes at flowers and tall grass
- Spawn rates are randomized at dusk
- Falling leaves
- Each leaves block has a unique leaf particle with varying behavior
- Creates ripples when landing on water
- Cave dust
- Spawn rates are proportional to depth and sunlight level
- Bubbles from underwater chests and barrels
- When a chest or barrel is opened underwater it releases bubbles
- Ender chests release green-tinted bubbles
- Place soul sand under a chest to make it automatically open and release bubbles
- Popping bubbles
- Ripples from rain and water drips
- Cake eating particles
- Emissive lava drips
