Personal Guard

What's it about?

This mod adds a FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE personal guard to help you fight, explore or carry stuff. The personal guard has a wild trim inspired texture. You can equip him with all the items, armors or weapons that you want. It also comes with 4 different new variants: Normal, Berserker, Tanky, Agile!

How can I obtain them?

You can craft it and it's very easy to do it: all you need is: a diamond, a block of lapis, 6 of cobblestone and 1 of mossy cobblestone.

How can I use the guard spawner?

After you crafted it hold it in your MAIN hand and right click. You'll be introduced to this GUI:

In this gui you can customize your guard's equipment, name and trait/variant.

Can it use ranged weapons, consumables and shields?

Personal Guards can use shields, but if there are some modded enchantments they won't work (Some vanilla's enchantments won't work too). For Ranged weapons and consumables: long story short... no. I tried to do it in many ways but i really can't figure out how to check if an item is a projectile. I could make some of the throwable items in minecraft usable by the guards but i find it pretty useless. Or i could make a separate guard that shoots arrows, but that wouldn't be so appealing...if you get what i'm saying.
