About

Description

Adds a new pixelated minimap to the game!

Controls

If you go to Controls in your minecraft settings, you will find " Pixel Minimap "

1) Open Full Map, ( Default keybind J)
2) Show Waypoints ( Default keybind Q)
2) Toggle Minimap ( Default keybind M)

Functions

Open full Map

The first control - Open full map, or , better refered as, MAP controls, opens a big map control screen covering the entire screen, wich shows the chunks you discovered recently ( The older ones are still there but not visible, as to prevent lag ).
Besides the map, there are 2 main buttons and 2 information buttons:

MAIN BUTTONS

  1. Waypoints - Shows you all the waypoints you created/allows you to create waypoints
  2. Settings - Allos you to change your minimaps settings.
  • The first 3 settings are about if you want passive mobs to be shown on your minimap, hostile mobs and lastly players.
  • The 4th setting is if you want to see caves on your minimap when you reach y 50 and below, and the 5th most important setting
  • and the 5th most important setting Vertical Slice - -- wich will always be on by default but some prepare it to be off or only to caves. This option makes the minimap update every y level, so if you are at y level 50, you will see every block that is in your minimap radius at y level 50, but if you go to y level 51 you will see every block in your minimap radius at y level 51... , And this setting has 4 options :
All, wich does the y level rerendering for every y level
Caves , wich only does the y level rerendering for only y level 51 and below ( cave layers )
Surface , wich only does the y level rerendering for only y level 51 + ( surface layers)
OFF , wich disables the Vertical slicing option.
  • We also have Coordoantes Offset, Minimap Offset and Minimap size, wich can move the minimap and coordonates to different places if you dont like where they are and , the minimap size - change the minimap size.

    INFORMATION BUTTONS
  1. Creator Wich shows who the creator of the mod is
  2. Special Thanks Wich thanks the person who helped the creator make this mod and also promotes his new ai site.

Show Waypoints

The second control - Show waypoints, will show all your waypoints with arrows telling you where to head to get to them ( note, to get to a waypoints, go in the direction where the waypoint marker is right in front of you, not left nor right. )

Toggle Minimap

Open/Close the minimap

Miscellaneous

  1. You can Edit/Delete/Chat/Tp to/a waypoint. But Tping only works if you got Operator, otherwise, it will tell you in chat : Nuh Uh! You can only tp to a waypoint with operator!
  2. This mod was originaly intended to be created as a normal minimap, but the idea of a pixelated minimap sounded cooler!
  3. Originaly , vertical slicing was intended to not be by default turned on, but was changed to All because is a unique ghimmick!

IMPORTANT

You need to have instaled Kotlin for Java in order for this mod to work
