PlaceableEndCrystals

This mod allows the vanilla End Crystals to be placed almost anywhere.

While holding an End Crystal, sneak and left click on a block to aim its beam at that block.
Sneak and left click the air to clear the beam target.
Sneak and right click the air to toggle visibility of the End Crystal base plate.

End Crystals can be placed anywhere by default.
Valid blocks you can or can't place End Crystals on can be changed in the config.
For example, if you wanted End Crystals to only be placeable on Polished Andesite, you can set the config to whitelist mode and add the following entry to the placement list:

minecraft:stone[variant=smooth_andesite]

Feel free to use it in any modpacks.
