Player Ping Display

Player Ping Display is a lightweight Fabric client-side mod that shows a player's ping when you hit them.

After attacking another player, their ping appears on your HUD for 5 seconds and can dynamically refresh while visible.

  • Shows a player's ping after you hit them
  • Updates dynamically while the tooltip is visible
  • Color-coded ping display:
    • Lime: 0-49 ms
    • Yellow: 50-99 ms
    • Red: 100-199 ms
    • Dark Red: 200+ ms
    • Configurable HUD position
    • Mod Menu support
    • Multiple ping resolver modes:
      • UUID
      • Tab List/Profile/Display
    • Dynamic ping resolver toggle
    • Configurable refresh interval
    • Designed for PvP servers

Configuration

This mod includes a Mod Menu config screen where you can change:

  • HUD anchor position
  • X/Y offset
  • Ping resolver mode
  • Dynamic ping resolver on/off
  • Ping refresh interval

Requirements

  • Minecraft 1.21.11
  • Fabric Loader 0.19.2+
  • Fabric API
  • Mod Menu optional, but recommended

Notes

Some PvP servers handle tab-list ping differently during matches. If ping shows incorrectly, try switching Ping Mode to:

Tab List/Profile/Display
