About
Description
Plushie: Dancing Cats adds a cute cat plushie block to Minecraft. Put it on top of a jukebox and the party starts: music plays and 5–10 Dancing Cats appear around it, hopping and spinning to the beat.
Features
- Cat Plushie block: a small decorative plushie with a custom 3D model. It faces you when you place it, sounds like wool, and is found in the Functional Blocks creative tab.
- Jukebox dance party: place the plushie on top of a jukebox and the song starts automatically. You don’t need a music disc.
- 5–10 Dancing Cats: each time, a random number of cats spawn on the ground around the plushie, facing it.
- Animated with GeckoLib: the cats hop 1 block high, spin continuously, and sway their heads, arms, legs and tails in time with the music.
- Custom music: a built-in song plays from the jukebox position and gets quieter as you walk away. It lasts about 75 seconds.
- Clean ending: when the song ends, or when the plushie or jukebox is removed, the cats disappear and the music stops for nearby players.
- Replay: right-click the plushie to start the show again, or to start it if you put the jukebox under the plushie afterwards.
- Harmless: the cats can’t be hurt or pushed around, and they aren’t saved with the world, so they never pile up.
How to use
- get the plushie from creative mod or
/give @s plushie:plushiethe plushie. - Place a jukebox.
- Place the plushie on top of it.
Requirements
- Minecraft 26.2
- Fabric Loader 0.19.3 or newer
- Fabric API
- GeckoLib (Fabric, for 26.2)
Notes
- The plushie currently has no crafting recipe, so get it from the creative tab or with
/give. - Works in singleplayer and on servers. The server needs the mod, and so do players, because of the custom model and sound.
