Virtual Light Engine

- How it works: On gunfire, the server sends a lightweight packet to nearby players, and the virtual light is rendered entirely on the client side.
- No server-side block light calculations, resulting in minimal performance impact.
- Known incompatibility with Create — Flywheel rendered content is not affected by Virtual Light
