Adds:
- Diamond handle tools (except for a hoe), hard ore, stick, stick ruby, and stick block.
- Completely gold pickaxe and extreme completely gold pickaxe
- Sticks of (almost) all kinds
- The most pointless rubies you'll ever see
The diamond handle tools are bad quality (because the sticks are diamond, so you're just fighting or mining or whatever with a stick, basically) so it's a good challenge.
