Poke Isles Fantastic Worlds Rework is a customized world generation mod for the Poke Isles Cobblemon server, built around a reworked version of Fantastic Worlds for Minecraft 1.21.1.

This mod adjusts terrain generation to better fit the Poke Isles server’s exploration-focused style, creating a more suitable overworld for Cobblemon gameplay, server towns, routes, resource zones, and large-scale adventure builds.
