backported pokecube 1.12 sounds

removed pokemon mating with other random pokemon in the area(would cause an infinite amount of pokemon to generate over time)

removed log spam

optimized memory usage

//NOTE: if you are using recurrent complex with the mod then the spawn structure and village structures will still spawn if you turn them off in the config, you need to add this to your recurrent complex config:
