Description

PokeDropEMI

PokeDropEMI is a lightweight EMI addon for Cobblemon that adds a dedicated PokeDrops category.

It lets you quickly view which items each Pokémon can drop directly inside EMI, without having to open the Pokédex or browse through multiple menus.

Features

  • Adds a new EMI category: PokeDrops
  • Lists Pokémon → drops in a clean and simple layout
  • Supports translated Pokémon names
  • Shows drop quantity and chance in the tooltip
  • Supports pressing R on an item to see which Pokémon can drop it
  • Reads Cobblemon runtime drop tables
  • Supports locally visible spawn_pool_world drops from datapacks
  • Shows clean contextual conditions such as:
    • Only in the Nether
    • Only in the End
    • During rain
    • At night
  • Includes optional support for Mega Showdown Tera Shards when Mega Showdown is installed
  • Smartly merges duplicate drops to avoid cluttered entries

Requirements

  • Minecraft 1.21.1
  • Fabric Loader
  • Fabric API
  • Cobblemon 1.6.1
  • EMI

Optional Compatibility

  • Mega Showdown
When installed, PokeDropEMI can display the Tera Shards added by Mega Showdown as Pokémon drops.

Notes

PokeDropEMI is client-side focused and reads the data available to the client.

Datapacks that are only present server-side may not appear unless their data is also available client-side. Full server-only datapack support would require a network sync system, which is not included in this version.

Why use it?

Cobblemon already has drop information, but checking it through the Pokédex can be slower when you are crafting, searching for materials, or managing a modpack.

PokeDropEMI keeps that information directly inside EMI so you can quickly answer:

“Which Pokémon drops this item?”

or

“What does this Pokémon drop?”
