Emera Ore:

The ore that drops Emera Dust, which is used to craft a lot of the mod's items! Can only be mined with a Diamond Pickaxe.

Emera:

mysterious crystals used in recipes! crafted with 9 emera dust.

Emera Block, Armor, Sword, Shovel, Pickaxe, and Hoe:

crafted with each item's usual crafting recipe, except use emera as the material in place of stone, iron, diamond, etc.
