Portal for Owl's Pocket Dimension

This addon to Owl's Pocket Dimension adds a vanilla-style portal that the player can use player to teleport in and out of the Pocket Dimension at their convenience. This portal functions just like a Nether portal, buildable and accessible from the Overworld, and will create a portal in the Pocket Dimension at the corresponding coordinates.
This mod does not disable the portal and teleportation system built into Owl's Pocket Dimension, meaning they can both be used simultaneously for different use cases.
To make the portal frame block, Reinforced Stone, you will need to mine and find Pocket Dust, a sparkly, shiny ore located in the Overworld by default, but it can be configured to generate in the Pocket Dimension, the End, and/or the Overworld. Use the Pocket Dust in combination with stone and gold to make Reinforced Stone, use Reinforced Stone to make a portal frame, and light it with a Player Wand from Owl's Pocket Dimension to create the Pocket Dimension Portal!
Pocket Dust can also be used to multiply quartz, redstone, and glowstone, giving it more utility. It can also function as a very shiny and sparkly block for aesthetic purposes.
If you want to change what item is used to light the Pocket Dimension Portal, the tag "portal_for_pocket_dimension:pocket_portal_igniter" can be changed via datapack.

This addon requires Owl's Pocket Dimension or it will not load!
