Prelude's Blocks
No reviews yet
This is my first minecraft mod project, and it is currently 13 custom made blocks made with MCreator & Blockbench, and I am continually adding new blocks and items as I make them..
A mod made using MCreator, which is a tool for creating custom mods without programming knowledge.
Neoforge is a fork of the Minecraft Forge available for versions 1.20.1+ of Minecraft. Many Forge mods are compatible with Neoforge and vice versa.

About
Description
This is my first attempt at making a custom blocks mod using MCreator and Blockbench, so this project was originally a test at uploading a mod to CurseForge in order to add it to my friend's custom mod pack that we have been playing on. I have been uploading more blocks/items to it as I continue to make them, but for now it adds 13 new blocks to your game. The first is an animated block version of a sign, that just constantly rotates in a circle in order to display its logo. The second is a version of the same sign that is a different base colour (first is blue and second is orange). The 3rd block is a custom modelled garbage can that stores up to 3 stacks of items in it, with the idea being it could be used to store just a couple items for players to find as they explore the world in our server. The next 5 blocks are meant to be used to make up a 3x3 black and green logo for a floor or wall. These blocks had to be directional, which was a fun challenge to figure out. The last 5 blocks are copies of the previous 5, except they don't emit any light at all, which was needed to get the right look I wanted with the shaders that I play with. ***NOTE: all blocks are in the "Functional Blocks" tab of the creative inventory, and they cannot be crafted as of yet. ***
