About
Description
Prison Intro is a cinematic, animated pixel-art introduction for the prison-themed modpack, shown every time you join a world or multiplayer server. Set to music and voice-over, it walks new players through the basics of the modpack in a series of short scenes:
- Arrival: a prison transport rolls through the rusty gates at night as new prisoners arrive.
- Contraband: you are searched on arrival, and your belongings are confiscated and locked away.
- Your goal: only one thing matters now, getting out.
- Jobs & money: work different jobs around the prison to earn money and buy what you need.
- The quest book: follow it step by step to learn how to escape.
- Friends: the corridors are dangerous and nobody survives alone, so make allies.
The intro ends with a final "good luck" and drops you into the prison. Each scene can be advanced with a click or the right arrow key, and the whole intro can be skipped at any time with the Skip button or ESC. Sound effects, music and voice lines are adjustable through a config file, and the mod includes English and Swedish translations.
Requires Minecraft 1.20.1 and Forge 47 or newer.
