Changed from the Original to the Reforked:

This fork restructures the project and optimizes EMC and knowledge processing.

Performance was improved with a new FastHashMap, LRU and LeafMetaCache caches, and SafeLongArithmetic for overflow-safe EMC calculations.

Knowledge processing was refactored using a new KnowledgeSnapshot class, and method signatures were made more null-safe.

Old monitoring and config classes (PerformanceMonitor, OptimizationConfig) were removed to clean up the codebase.

Original Description:

Provides a cell for ProjectE and AE2, allowing AE2 to access ProjectE's storage via the cell. Added some EMC display configurations. If Project Expansion is also installed, please keep the default settings; otherwise, display issues may occur.
