Description

Named animals never take damage. Also removes some damage sources to animals (listed below). Includes allays and striders, but not bats, hoglins, or villagers.

Specific changes:

  • Make animals damageable again by naming them killable.
  • Bees and dolphins do not drown.
  • Water animals (squid, axolotl, nautilus) do not take damage when out of water.
  • Named pigs (except those named killable) do not become zombified piglins when struck by lightning.

VERSION 1.21.4 AND EARLIER:

  • Fish are not protected. (Fish are protected in later versions.)
  • Bees ONLY take damage from players and other mobs.
  • Named pigs can still become zombified piglins when struck by lightning.

VERSIONS 1.21 AND 1.20.4:

  • Cannot make animals damageable again once they're named.
