A simple and lightweight spawn region protection datapack.
Data Packs were introduced to vanilla Minecraft in version 1.13 and allow the server to modify data about the game, or run commands. Data Packs are compatible with all mod loaders.
Forge is a popular mod loader for versions 1.1+ of Minecraft.
Neoforge is a fork of the Minecraft Forge available for versions 1.20.1+ of Minecraft. Many Forge mods are compatible with Neoforge and vice versa.
Fabric is a mod loader for versions 1.14+ of Minecraft, particularly popular for client side and optimization mods.
Quilt is a fork of the Fabric mod loader. Many Fabric mods are compatible with Quilt and vice versa.

Description
Protective Region
A simple and lightweight datapack which adds a protected area around the center of the overworld and comes with a set of helpful features for server adminestrators.
Spawn Region
The spawn region is a 600x600 block area arround the center of the overworld, in which players can not fight or destroy blocks, paintings, etc. and hostile entitys will be removed.
AFK
After not doing anything for a specified duration of time, a given player will become inactive. As such he will be set into spectator mode while being unable to move or interact with his surrounding.
RTP
While in the spawn region, players can use the /trigger rtp command to randomly teleport.
Notes
-
the datapack can be configured in a config menu, which can be opended via the
/function pcr:command/configcommand. -
players in adventure or survival mode, will automaticly have all operator level items removed from them
