Protein Shake

Protein Shake is an incredibly powerful craftable drink item for Minecraft Fabric 1.21.11.

Drink it before adventuring, PvP, parkouring, or mining to receive incredibly powerful temporary boosts.

Features

  • Custom Protein Shake item
  • Normal bottle drinking animation used
  • Empty bottle is returned after drinking
  • Excellent for survival movement and PvP

Effects

When consumed, Protein Shake grants:

  • Speed II
  • Strength I
  • Jump Boost I
  • Night Vision

Crafting Recipe

It can be crafted with:

  • 1 Steak in the center
  • 2 Water Bottles in left and right middle positions
  • 2 Golden Apples in top and bottom center positions
  • 4 Golden Carrots in corner positions
