Radiant Mutants

This datapack provides a new mechanic to vanilla Minecraft: Radiant Abilities inspired by the game Valorant from Riot Games. Using Radiant Mutants you can get infected with the new radioactive ore called Unstable Amethyst, doing so will unlock your special abilities that you can access and upgrade more and more using a skill tree in the advancements tab. Keep in mind that this project is still in beta, you may see a few bugs and it only have 1 radiant power to this moment.

+ "How to get my Radiant Power?"

• You can unlock your Radiant Power by getting infected with the new ore Unstable Amethyst. Use a furnace or a Blast Furnace to melt a vanilla minecraft amethyst shard, it will result in a Unstable Amethyst that is a very radioactive ore. By putting it in your inventory, you will start to take damage from radiation and unlock a random Radiant Power. Dropping the Unstable Amethyst in the floor will make it explode, so take care.

+ "How to unlock powers?"

• You can see your current Radiant Power and it's skills inside the advancements tab by pressing L (by default). There will be a description of your Radiant Power, and 3 Power Levels: Simple, High, Radiant; You start with the Simple Level at minecraft level 0, each power level is unlocked by completing all the tasks of the previous power level and reaching it's minecraft level requirement. (level 10 for High, level 20 for Radiant). Each Power Level have 3 tasks and every task unlocks a new power at the moment you achieve it.

+ "How to use the powers i have unlocked?"

• There is not a in-game description or tutorial teaching how to use the powers yet, but you can learn it testing and figuring out what each power does and how to use it. In the Official Discord Server of RadiantMutants there is a complete Forum on how to use them.

+ "Will you add every agent?"

• Not by now, I'm focusing on add only the agents that have actual powers, and not technology based ones. But I hope you can play with every single one in the future, not sure when.

+ "Why my Blazing Hand power does not work?"

• There is a bug that the datapack may not fully work if you have installed it in the world after the world was already generated. If you quit the world and re-enter, everything will be fine.
