Real Knife: Determination

Real Knife: Determination is an Undertale-inspired mod for Minecraft Forge 1.16.5.

Real Knife: Determination adds the legendary Real Knife, Chara's Locket, Determination mechanics, and Chara Mode.

The mod is centered around Determination and LV progression. The stronger the player becomes, the more powerful the Real Knife grows.

Real Knife

Real Knife is a special weapon whose damage scales with the player's LV (experience level).

Real Knife Damage

At LV 20 and above, Real Knife unleashes its true power.

Chara's Locket

A Curios accessory that can be worn together with a full armor set.

While equipped:

• +4 Hearts

• +2 Armor

• +1 Armor Toughness

• Strength I

• Speed I

• Resistance I

The locket is rendered directly on the player's chest and automatically adjusts its position when a chestplate is worn.

Determination

When the player's health drops below 30%, Determination activates automatically.

Effects:

• Regeneration II for 10 seconds

• Resistance II for 5 seconds

• Cooldown: 60 seconds

A cooldown timer is displayed on the screen.

Last Stand

Chara's Locket can save the player from fatal damage.

When death would occur:

• Damage is canceled

• Player survives with 1 HP

• Totem-style animation plays

• Regeneration III for 10 seconds

• Resistance II for 10 seconds

• Speed II for 5 seconds

• Cooldown: 5 minutes

Determination saved you.

Chara Mode

When holding Real Knife while wearing Chara's Locket, Chara Mode activates.

A unique red-heart status effect appears and Real Knife becomes stronger.

Chara Mode Damage

At LV 20+, Chara Mode reaches its ultimate form.
