The Ore Generator

this mod will add a block that let you generate ore in a similar way geode are form in real life, but less realistic for gameplay

the craft require netherite ingot, this is and end game tools

How to generate ore

step 1. create a lava bubble

for that, you need to place the block under lava, and wait that a bubble is form.

when a bubble is form, is better to keep it out of the lava to avoid it to pop, using piston or by blocking the lava source.

be careful, the bubble will also pop if

-an entity jump on it

-you punch it

-a projectile touch it

step 2. cooling

at this stage, the bubble don't risk to pop anymore

the cooling time will vary depending of the temperature around

-what are the neighboring block

-what biome the block is

-if the block is at the surface or deep undergroud

-is the block is in the nether

do not break the block, unless you have silk touch, or it will drop cobblestone

final result

The final result will be a Mini geode block that will give you random ore when mined

the temperature around will also affect the quality of the block, the more hot the temperature around is, the higher quality the mini geode will be

Low temperature geode

they will be blue, and will drop low quality material like

-clay

-ametysme

-lapis lazuli

-flint

-coal

Mid temperature geode

they will be gray, and drop good quality material like

-iron

-gold

-copper

-quartz

-emerald

-redstone

High temperature geode

they will be red, and drop high quality material like

-diamond

-emerald

-netherite scrapt

yes, i tried to make it work with most of other mod mod material i could, you free to make a mod that make more ore compatible with it, here the tag you need to give to your ore to make it drop from the geode
