Best option is for them to have it installed and enabled in their client It's possible to add it to server resources, but note there have been issues with this for some Cobblemon addons — so try whatever method suits you best

These are the abilities for the no custom moves version:

• Levitate – Immune to Ground-type moves.
• Flash Fire – Powers up Fire-type moves if hit by one.
• Berserk (Hidden Ability) – Raises Special Attack when HP drops below half.

Abilities:
