You can add or change values for items in config/indexed_modded_items.json and customize the mod in config/indexed_properties.
By default, experimental-curse-overhaul is set to true (you can change this in indexed.properties) which will make it so curses will not count towards the slot limit of an item and will reduce the number of consumed slots by the tier of the curse (so in practicality, an item with a level 2 curse will have 2 extra enchantment slots). This works best with a mod like Biome Makeover that adds many new curses!
