Ref, Do Something!

This mod adds a craftable item that can trigger a random event from an unknown entity known as "ref."  You can craft ref's megaphone to achieve this. When you right-click the megaphone, it will ask the ref to do something, and the ref can trigger one of about thirty random events. It is like a lucky block mod, but with an item you can craft instead.

Ref can spawn structures, entities, items, events, change the world settings, and a little more.

This is the ref's megaphone (the image above), a 3D modeled item that you can use to ask the ref to do something. Do keep in mind that these events are random/stupid, and these should not be done on a world that you care about.

Should be almost fully configurable.
