Description

**This mod was primarily made for use in modpacks I make to play with friends, it is unlikely to be consistently updated but I will be checking for any issues**

Regional Ores is a mod that changes the generation of ores, it changes the spawn rate of ores in large areas and the ore vein quantity, larger veins of ore will also come with blocks of that ore.

(fully configurable, ore blocks can be disabled or specific ore blocks can be disabled, 
 by default, diamond, emerald and "ancient debris" blocks are disabled)

Alongside the World Gen, the mod also introduces the Prospector's Surveying Tool (Prospecting Pickaxe) in order to help see what resources are in the area.

Compatible with most modded ores which are generated like vanilla ores.

Feel Free to use this mod however you want, whether including it in your modpack or changing it to your needs.

Configurable Variables:

  • Region Size
  • Region Multiplier (Lowest & Highest)
  • Vein Size multiplier
  • Ore Blocks switch
  • Ore Blocks Threshold
  • Ore Blocks Chance
  • Ores Excluded from Ore Blocks
  • Ores that are excluded from being Regional
    ** Please Note that any config changes only affect newly generated chunks.
