-Cryo Surge : he is a supersonic and he can control ice
-Light Phaser : he is a light magician so he can control light
-Static Veil: he can control electricity and can change his size
item added
-costumes for Cryo Surge, Light Phaser and Static Veil
-breach device : can teleports you between coordinates
