"Removed increasing repair cost" completely eliminates the high cost of repairs and anvil combinations.

The mod forces the item repair cost value to 1:
- Repairing items therefore costs only the number of repair items, regardless of enchantments.
- Combining items will cost only the enchantment cost of the second item.

This mod is designed to replace No Increasing Repair Cost, which is not available for version 26.3.
